Sometimes there is nothing better than a good, fudgy moist brownie for an easy dessert or to satisfy your chocolate craving! But, why not change things up and make some “different” brownies? I like using glass Pyrex dishes to bake brownies in, like this one. They’re so durable and with a lid, it makes it SO easy if you have leftovers. No plastic wrap sticking to the frosting, no transferring to a container… it makes it very convenient!
