Graduation banner – Free Printable
It’s almost time for all the graduation parties — how much fun it is to celebrate and honor our graduates!
We girls have thrown several graduation parties for each other over the years. Give us a few years and we’ll be celebrating our own kids’ graduations! Yikes! 🙂
One thing we always do to add lots of festivity to a party is to utilize printables!!
Every graduation party needs a festive printable graduation banner, so we made one that you can download and print right here on our blog. We went with black and gold so that it will match almost any color scheme you’ve chosen.
By the way, Amazon has these plates that match our graduation banner perfectly!
We also have several fun, easy DIY ideas for throwing a graduation party on a budget – you’ll love some of these ideas!
I keep cardstock on hand for my banners, as well as for all of our other free printables. The thicker paper just makes it hold up better and not curl or bend with the humidity.
After you print and cut, punch a hole in each top corner. Thread gold curling ribbon through the holes, and you’re ready to display your graduation banner!
Also – this is the best paper cutter I’ve used!
The main difference between this one and other similar ones is that wire cut-line that they added.
This helps so much because I know exactly where my blade is going to cut! No more swerving off toward the end.
I’m telling you, if you’re a perfectionist and want a perfect cut, you need this paper cutter. 🙂
Included in our Graduation Banner Downloads are the entire alphabet (plus numbers and special characters), as well as a separate “CONGRATULATIONS” PDF.
The “Congratulations” banner is a 8-page PDF document that you can download and/or print. There are 2 letters on each 8.5″x11″ page.
Click the buttons below to download and print your Graduation Alphabet/Numbers or Congratulations banner!

I have downloaded the PDF but there are no numbers..
If you clicked on the pink rectangle that says “Alphabet Banner – Grad”, that PDF has the numbers after the alphabet.
