Ready for a dip bursting with flavor and so amazingly delicious with practically everything?!?!
You’re going to want to make this Avocado Cilantro Lime Dip… and eat it… ALL. SUMMER. LONG. Seriously.
AVOCADO.
CILANTRO.
LIME.
GARLIC.
Use this dip with tortilla chips. Or veggies. Or grilled chicken. Or fries. Or veggie straws. 😉 YUM YUM YUM YUM YUMMMMMMM
I added some salt and cumin for seasoning. And I used low fat sour cream, but you could replace the sour cream with plain Greek yogurt.
I loved using my little Kitchen Aid food processor to blend this dip together. It was ready in just a few minutes with hardly any mess at all!
Mine is a little dated, but check them out HERE and you will see they come in 16 beautiful colors! I think I’m ready to update mine now. haha
After whipping this up, store it in the fridge for an hour or so to give all the flavors time to fully blend together.
Ok, ready for the simple recipe??
