Dessert Recipes Using Zucchini
I’ve been on a zucchini kick the past few weeks – like I eat an entire zucchini every day. Most of the time, I just saute it with some squash. Some days, I make some chick pea pasta and toss my pasta and zucchini with pesto – that’s been one of my favorite lunches.
I started looking on Pinterest (follow our Pinterest board here!) for some zucchini recipes and I was surprised at how many cakes and bars and desserts are made with zucchini! And how many of them look so amazing 😉
*Can I let you in on a little secret? I kinda wanted to make this zucchini recipe roundup to keep all these wonderful recipes at hand for myself 😉
I decided to share with you all some of the recipes that I found! I am definitely planning on trying out some of these yummy zucchini recipes.
First off – Lemon Zucchini Bread by ALatteFood. I love zucchini bread and I think this lemon twist to it sounds so yummy!
TwoPeasandTheirPod has never failed on recipes that I’ve tried so I’m sure this Chocolate Zucchini Bread is absolutely wonderful 🙂
