Chai Latte Cream Cheese Spread
Last week I was visiting my sister and her family before we head back to our home in Europe, and we came up with this delicious flavored cream cheese – Chai Latte Cream Cheese Spread! Liz and I both LOVE chai lattes, and all of us girls enjoy flavored cream cheeses, so we knew this Chai Latte version would be a hit with us. 😍
If you’re putting on a brunch for a party, bridal shower, baby shower, family event, etc., mini bagels and flavored cream cheeses are the perfect addition!
The fun thing about this Chai Latte Cream Cheese Recipe is that it’s a “hack recipe” – so you’re only going to need TWO ingredients to add to the cream cheese. This hack makes it super quick and easy to whip up this chai-flavored cream cheese for your next brunch event!
What you need to make Chai Latte Cream Cheese Spread
The “hack ingredient” for this chai flavored cream cheese is chai drink mix. I used the Oregon Chai drink mix packets that were easy to find at my local grocery store. (Walmart carries them as well.) Then I sweetened it a little bit more with honey to counter the strength of the cream cheese.
When you bite into a bagel topped with this spread, you’ll instantly get the full flavor of a Chai Latte – it’s DELICIOUS!
Of course you’ll need bagels (although this chai cream cheese would also make a great dip for fruit or graham crackers!) 😁
We love shopping at Aldi for a lot of our groceries – and the great thing about Aldi is that they carry the “LiveGFree” brand of gluten-free bagels at a very affordable price! My daughter has to eat gluten-free, so I grab these for her and regular for the rest of us.

I’m sorry just for clarification did you use the dry drink packets and dump the ingredients into the cream cheese, or did you prepare the beverage and mixed that with the cream cheese?
Just the dry drink packet, not prepared 👍🏻
