I love a cool and refreshing tropical drink! I love fruity flavors like pineapple and coconut . . . this Caribbean Breeze Drink tastes like a tropical oasis! It’s creamy and citrus-y and sweet.
And it only uses three ingredients!
For this yummy Caribbean Breeze Tropical Drink, you will need a blender, frozen pineapple, and Monin Exotic Citrus syrup. See how easy the recipe is? 😉
This is the syrup I used – so delicious! It’s a sweet citrus syrup with strong flavors of lime and lemon. I like that it has a sweet citrus taste and not too acidic of a taste. I want to try this with some seltzer water and make a sweet citrus soda. (If you like Monin syrups as much as my husband and I do, I recommend investing in these pumps for the bottles! Less mess and makes it much easier to add to drinks!)
For this easy tropical drink recipe, all you need to do is add everything to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth! I use our NutriBullet because that thing can blend practically anything I’ve put in it.
After you’ve blended everything together, you can either pour the drink directly into your glasses or into a pitcher. I poured mine into a pitcher and then added a sprig of fresh mint from my garden to the glasses once the drinks were poured.
This recipe makes 2-3 servings. My husband and I really enjoyed this drink with our grilled burgers, and cucumber salad. Such a great summer dinner!
