Amazon House Organization Favorites
January is one of the most popular times for house organization. And I need to jump on that here soon! We have a new baby coming this spring and I’m in the mood to get our house organized and squared away š Of course, Amazon is always the place to go for finding organizational containers, baskets, hooks, etc. and in this post, I’m going to share some of their bestsellers (and some of my personal favorites) that you can use to organize your house.
One of my favorite rooms in the house to have organized is the kitchen. When my kitchen is in order, my life is so much better haha. Cooking becomes easier, cleaning up and doing dishes becomes easier, keeping my pantry clean becomes easier . . . it’s just the best feeling š
To start with, these airtight food storage containers are a must-have. I have a ton of these in my cupboards and pantry for rice, lentils, nuts, dried fruits, pasta, flour, sugar, powdered sugar, brown sugar, etc. They stack as well, so it’s easy to keep your pantry organized.
These food storage containers are great for pantry, cupboards, or fridge. You can use them to separate and organize lots of different things.
I will never have a silverware drawer without this bamboo drawer organizer! Our silverware drawer stays organized and neat all the time because of this organizer š
I purchased these spice jars last year to organize my spice shelf and I am so glad I did. I look at them all the time and think, “I am so glad all of my spice jars match now!” I love that they’re square because they don’t waste any space between bottles like the round ones.
My husband and I have a pretty small house and our bedroom is one of the smaller rooms in the house. We’ve only lived here for a little over a year and we still have a long list of things we want to redo, one of which is working on organizing our bedroom closet! I can’t wait for that š
To start with, these soft zippered organizer boxes are great for storing pillows, comforters, clothes, etc. I’m getting some of these for our nursery to keep our little guy’s clothes sorted and organized!
Under the bed storage containers are a must-have for your bedroom! You can store extra sheets and blankets in these, or use them for swapping out your seasonal clothes and shoes . . .
Speaking of shoes, shoe organizer racks are a great way to keep your shoes from getting marked up in the closet. This rack holds up to 20 pair!
Do your dresser drawers need some organizational help?? Mine do! These sock and underwear organizers are a lifesaver š They come in multiple colors as well.
Moving on to the bathroom – my husband redid our bathroom shortly before we got married and one of the main things I wanted in there was a decent-sized storage closet. I requested a closet from floor to ceiling, with three open shelves on the top half and three shelves covered by a door on the bottom half. I have some baskets from Target that I use on the open shelves, along with rolling our bath towels and displaying them there. The bottom half is full of different plastic organizers and baskets and jars for keeping everything in its own place.
I love this plastic bathroom organizer because it pulls out like a mini drawer and has a divider that can be moved to wherever you want it to be. I keep extra razor blades in here, bars of soap, boxes of contacts. It’s a great little organizer.
I love jars. Especially for bathroom organization and storage . . . it gives the bathroom a clean and sleek look when your toiletries and such are kept in jars š I keep q-tips, cotton pads, etc. in jars in our bathroom. These bathroom apothecary jars are beautiful, and I love the handle on the lid!
If you don’t have shelves in your shower, you might find it hard to keep all your bottles organized in there. This over-the-shower caddy is great, especially for small spaces.
I’m not sure why, but I just love having a basket on the back of the toilet. In ours, I keep flushable wipes, room spray, extra toilet paper, odor absorbing gel beads . . . it’s a way to keep the necessary things there without making your bathroom look cluttered. I love that this toilet tank topper has a faux plant in it š so cute!
I keep my towels rolled on open shelving, but these wire towel holders are so pretty! Rolled towels give a spa-like atmosphere to your bathroom and I love seeing them displayed so beautifully.
Here are some great summer finds for your home:
If you have a laundry room, here are a few things to help keep it organized! When your laundry station is organized, getting those multiple loads of laundry done doesn’t seem like such a monumental task š
I like keeping the iron and ironing board up and out of the way, since it isn’t something that gets used every day. This iron and ironing board holder is a classic way to keep your laundry area free of clutter.
Storage carts like this one are a great way to keep rooms organized. You can use the different tiers for different soaps, stain removers, dryer sheets, dryer balls, etc.
This mop and broom holder can be used in your laundry room or even in your garage if you choose! It’s a great way to keep your broom, mop, Swiffer, etc. off the floor and up out of the way.
I hope these house organization products and tips help you out! There’s something so satisfying about organizing your home and making your life less stressful. It’s totally worth all the time and effort you put in to organizing – in the end, your household runs smoother and you have less worry and stress š
