Cinnamon Dolce Syrup is a cinnamon flavored simple syrup! It is my long time favorite syrup flavor from Starbucks and is delicious in a latte, iced coffee, americano, or just stirred into a cup of brewed coffee!
This recipe is super simple and just takes a few basic ingredients that you likely have in the pantry. Once you make a batch, it can stay in the fridge for a few months and you can use it whenever you have the craving! Each family member can stir into their favorite coffee drink.
All you need is 4 simple ingredients to make this Cinnamon Dolce Syrup. Actually… only 3 since one ingredient is water. Sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
Put everything into a small saucepan and stir until it is boiling.
What do I need to know about making Cinnamon Dolce Syrup?
- Keep the syrup stored in the refrigerator!
- Cinnamon dolce means ‘Sweet Cinnamon’!
- The syrup will last up to 6 months.
- It’ll become a favorite, so be prepared to make it again and again.
I store mine in a mason jar with a plastic screw on lid, like these! But what I really love are these wood ones. So pretty!! Just make sure you know if you are getting regular or wide mouth before you order.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a small saucepan, stir to combine.
- Heat until boiling, stirring continually.
- Boil 1-2 minutes.
- Pour into a glass container and store in the fridge.
