10. Panera Bread – One of my favorites . . . Join MyPanera and get a free pastry for signing up. They also load one to your card for your birthday! One of my favorite things to get as my reward is a Cinnamon Chip Scone. Yum yum 🙂 But you could also choose a bagel, danish, cookie, or other baked treat.
