Cinnamon Spiced Cider – Easy Hack
One of our favorite things about fall is this cinnamon spiced cider. There’s a simple hack to make apple cider taste like something amazing! Whenever we make this drink, people ask us how we made it. There’s just one ingredient to add to the apple cider, and by doing this, you, too, can make an amazing apple cider!
First of all, you need to start with a gallon of REAL apple cider. This is the kind you buy refrigerated, not the “apple cider” on the store shelf. You need the kind that is real; believe me, it makes a big difference!
We like to make this for Christmas morning! The warm cinnamon flavors speak everything holiday. . . so yummy!
All you need is apple cider, cinnamon imperial candies (cinnamon red hots) and a crockpot. Combine the apple cider and red hots in the crockpot for a few hours and you’re all set. Stir and enjoy!
(these cinnamon imperial candies are what you use)
Around the holidays, they can be hard to find, so when you see them, stock up! We frequently find them at our local dollar store.
Enjoy this cinnamon spiced cider drink during the fall and Christmas season; it’s great for cold days!
