Coca Cola Sheet Cake
This moist and rich coca cola cake is a tried and true favorite to many people! The extra sweetness from the cola and the airiness texture from the carbonation…. paired with the hot sticky icing that partially fuses into the cake, makes it irresistible.
This recipe turns that all time favorite coca cola cake into a SHEET CAKE, simple to make and large enough to make for gatherings and parties.
You can find the perfect sheet cake pan HERE! It’s our favorite. š

(AKA, this S’mores Bars Dessert that makes a whole sheet pan full!)
Pour the warm icing over the hot cake and let it sit for a while. The icing will crust over nicely and ooze itself into the cake a bit, making it even more moist and rich.

Fantastic. Used a 9 x 13 sheet cake dish, baked a bit longer and it is amazing!
Making this right now with gluten free 1 for 1 baking mix. Fingers crossed š¤
I made this for a church fellowship, and it turned out great! Followed the recipe and everyone loved it!
Your Coca Cola cake recipe turned out to be a disaster. I was too lazy to look up the one I had made many times on Pinterest and yours popped up when I did a Google search. I thought there was too much cocoa in this recipe but when I put it in the oven and it started to over flow the sheet pan while cooking and was burning in the bottom of my oven, I knew something was wrong. I went to Pinterest to compare recipes and some the measurements are entirely different. I made this cake for a potluck today at work and it looks horrible. I learned a lesson today in cooking, always use your tried and true recipes. You ladies are not clever but crazy wrong.
Susan, you may have measured something wrong or used too small of a pan (what pan did you use?). I’ve made this a couple dozen times and it’s been perfect every time.
Iāve made this recipe for a crowd several times and it has always worked out perfectly! Is it possible you used a 10×15 sheet pan? Iāve actually experienced the opposite of your tragedy lol…making a recipe for a āsheet panā, assuming it meant 12×18 but was actually intended for 10×15 so not even enough batter to spread out enough! š¤·āāļø My theory is that whatever oneās mother called a sheet pan is what one considers to be a sheet pan š
I made this for the teens at our church and it was amazing!! Big hit with everyone here! š
