Looking for an easy way to spruce up your old flip flops into something cute and chic for summer???
DIY Flip Flops with Trim

If you’ve seen my other flip flop post, you know how much I love my flip flops š I just got these pretty light pink flip flops from Old Navy and I decided they needed a little fixing up. And – when I was recently at JoAnn’s, I found a pack of 6 different trims for less than $3!! I knew as soon as I saw the gold and pink and cream that I HAD to use them on my flip flops!
For this project you will need – –
- flip flops
- trims
- glue gun
I layered my smaller trim on top of the wider trim and secured it with hot glue . . .
Each trim in the package was one yard long. So after I glued them together, I cut the entire strip in half.
Then, I glued the strip onto the band of my flip flop, making sure to hold it securely while it dried.
When I got to the end, I trimmed the trim and then glued the end down.
I’m so happy with the way these turned out!!! I love the pretty pink and the sparkly gold š
