For the centerpieces, you’ll just need a few supplies!
– hoops of varying sizes (like these)
– small wood plaques (these are only 2.99 for 4 at Hobby Lobby)
– small finishing nails
– paint
– florals and greenery
– prism beads and fishing line
– hot glue gun
First thing I did was to nail one layer of the hoop (the ring without any metal hardware) to the wood plaque. It just took a couple taps with a hammer to get 2 nails in. Now you have a standing up centerpiece!
Next, paint or stain the entire thing with stain or acrylic of your choice. I chose a light tan paint for mine, but dark stain or white paint could really be pretty depending on your florals!
Then arrange and glue the florals in place!
To hang the prisms, choose a row of beads and sting them to the top of the hoop with fishing line. I found these gorgeous beads at Hobby Lobby.
Your DIY Floral Hoop Centerpiece is complete!
Isn’t that just pretty?!?!
