DIY WOOD FLORAL BOX
How cute is this DIY Wood Floral Box? I love making things for my house and my kids’ rooms because I can make it match things they already have and we end up with some custom looking stuff for cheap!
I’ve been in the process of a small bedroom makeover for my little girl. We are changing everything from ‘baby’ to ‘toddler’ and it has been a lot of fun! I had a 6 cube organizer already, so I spray painted it with this awesome Vintage Blush color. Isn’t that GORGEOUS? It’s the perfect place to have her books and puzzles and toys organized.
We have a hair bow addiction in this house. hahaha My sweet 2 year old has loads of bows!!! I wanted to organize them in a cute way, so I found 3 different sizes boxes to sort them by size and style. These wood boxes were very inexpensive at Hobby Lobby. $2.49, $3.49, etc… and just the size and style I was looking for.
So I grabbed some little bits of floral and my leftover spray paint and went to work!
Start by positioning a few leaves and stems on the side of the box and adhering them with a hot glue gun.
Then add a few small flowers on top of the leaves. Just dab a little glue on them, position them in place, and your DIY Wood Floral Box is all set!
