Cooked chicken, cooked rice, broccoli and cheese are what make up this yummy EASY CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE! Add in some cream soup and sour cream for some creaminess. Mix it all together, bake it, top it with cheese and dinner is ready in a jiffy!

Easy Chicken Broccoli Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 1 bag cooked chopped broccoli
- 1 1/2 cups mild cheddar cheese, divided
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 sleeve Ritz crackers
- 1/2 stick melted butter or margarine
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the cream soup and sour cream.
- Add the chicken, broccoli, rice, salt, pepper, and 3/4 cup of cheese. Mix completely.
- Spread into a greased 9x13 baking dish.
- Cover and bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
- Top with 1 cup of cheese and 1/2 sleeve crushed Ritz.
- Drizzle butter over the top.
- Bake uncovered for another 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
