Delicious creamy and tangy smoothie that tastes JUST like key lime pie!
I love the flavor of Key Lime Pie! But in a household of 2 plus a baby, I do not often actually go about the process of making a whole key lime pie just for us 😉
I created this smoothie so that we can have all the flavors of Key Lime Pie, but this way it only takes 2 minutes and minimal cleanup! 🙂
- 3 cups unsweetened plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs (set aside 2 Tbs. for garnish)
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup key lime juice – use fresh, or try this kind!
- 1 cup ice
- whipped cream to garnish
I used my Nutribullet to blend everything, but any blender will do! Blend for 60 second intervals unless the ice is well blended. Top with whipped cream and graham cracker crumbs and ENJOY!
Yum . . . now I need to go make myself one of these . . . 😛
