I was trying to come up with some lunch ideas to send with my husband during the week and I came up with these Loaded Bacon Ranch Pinwheels! I knew how much he loves pinwheels and I also know how much he loves bacon and ranch – so I figured combining those things together will probably make a pretty incredible pinwheel. Aaaaaand I was right 😉
These Loaded Bacon Ranch Pinwheels only take 6 ingredients . . . and trust me, you will absolutely love them! With the holidays coming up, this is a great recipe to have on hand for party appetizers 😉
Start out by softening the cream cheese and beating it. *Tip – if you don’t have a hand or stand mixer, you can ‘beat’ the cream cheese with a fork. It takes a bit longer but it will work. I know from experience.
When the cream cheese has been beaten, add in the rest of the ingredients and combine completely.
Then, divide the mixture in half and spread half of it on one tortilla and the other half on the other tortilla.
Roll up the tortillas nice and tight.
Refrigerate for about an hour.
Then, slice into delicious pinwheels!
