This protein ball recipe is so good and so easy to make! I love taking one or two of these to work for an afternoon pick-me-up when I feel like I need something sweet. They are great for a post-workout snack or even for a guilt-free dessert option.
No Bake 5-Ingredient Protein Ball Recipe
Protein balls are perfect to keep stored in the fridge for you to grab one whenever you please š This recipe makes two dozen protein balls so you’ll have a pretty good supply for the week. I like to make some of the protein balls a little smaller – if I’m feeding them to the kids, there will be some smaller ones for them.
If your kids love to get in on the action in the kitchen, this would be a great recipe for them to help out making! Just make sure they butter up their little hands before they roll the balls or you’ll have a peanut butter-y mess on your hands š
These are so simple – just peanut butter, oats, honey, unsweetened coconut, and chocolate chips. Most of those ingredients we have in our pantry all the time, so these can be made at any time. I love those kind of recipes don’t you?? The ones where you can just stay in your cozy home and use ingredients you already have instead of going to the grocery store š those are my jam for sure.
Delicious and full of protein, these energy bites are creamy and crispy and chocolatey! Optional add-ins: flax seed raisins protein powderNo Bake 5-Ingredient Protein Balls
