I recently made these yummy The Best Oreo Cupcakes Ever  for a bake sale – and let me tell you they were both easy and stunning! I had a container of leftover frosting in the fridge . . . . and some fresh juicy strawberries next to that container. Suddenly I had this grand idea 😀 

What a combination. The frosting has cream cheese and whipped cream and crumbled Oreos in it, making it the perfect texture for scooping up with those strawberries. You won’t be able to stop eating it. At least the strawberries are healthy right? 🙂

Whip up this creamy dreamy dip –

• 1 8-oz cream cheese, softened
• 1-lb bag powdered sugar
• 1/2 tablespoon vanilla
• 1/2 tub cool whip
• 6 finely crushed Oreos
• more Oreos for garnish if desired

Beat cream cheese and vanilla until smooth. Beat in powdered sugar. Fold in cool whip and crushed Oreos. Refrigerate for one hour.

Serve with fresh whole strawberries.
