What I did was purchase two pairs of shoes, totaling $45. As soon as my order is delivered, my $20 worth of points will post. Then I will purchase some basic pants for my boys, since this was something I need to do anyways! Plus, Sears has really good prices on basic items like boys pants!

When you go to your Cart, it says down on the bottom left how many points you are earning. Double-check to make sure that $20 is there. If they are not there, you may have purchased some in-eligible items.
On my receipt, it stated how many points I earned, as well as the fact that my earned points will be available after my order has been delivered or picked up.
