Valentine’s Day Banner {FREE PRINTABLE}
I like to decorate for Valentines Day without spending money – so DIY Valentines Day decorations are a must!
It’s pretty simple to do free or cheap Valentines Day decor by looking through what you already have – I always have “reds” from Christmas, and I use my white Christmas lights to add some fun, too. š
I used pretty velvet ribbon that I had in my stash from a JoAnn’s clearance bin – I love how it looks with this banner!
My grapevine wreath is the base wreath I decorate and un-decorate for different seasons, so I added these dollar store roses to it.
The battery-operated candles were an Amazon purchase from years ago, and they’re usually on my mantle incorporated into every season’s decor. (Spot them in my DIY burlap rose garland post!)
My white berry garland normally is on the top of my entryway cabinet – so I grabbed that to add to the mantle for Valentines Day. I purchased it HERE on Etsy, along with a couple of other colors, and they’ve lasted looking beautiful for years now!
The little lights were part of my Christmas decor (I put them in this trough I made along with evergreen and red berries for Christmas!). I have since dug out a strand of white Christmas lights and added them for extra twinkling lights.
The last thing I added was a free printable from THIS BLOG POST. I simply grabbed my white board and a cute clip from my planner and set it behind the twine wreath. Easy, and cost me nothing!
Lastly, I displayed this brand-new Valentines Day banner on my mantle!
I’m always a fan of gold sparkles, so the heart on either end is made to look like actual glitter when it’s printed! You can always add extra sparkle by putting real glitter on top of it if you like! š
How to display this banner
To print this Valentines Day banner, just click on the pink download button at the end of this post!
I keep cardstock on hand for my banners, as well as for all of our other free printables.
My paper cutter is this FISKARS one – I love the wire line that shows me *exactly* where I’m going to cut all the way down!
After you print and cut, punch a hole in each top corner and thread your favorite ribbon through them.
š How prettyyyyyy š

This Valentine banner is gorgeous! Thanks so much for sharing and giving your readers this banner. I think I may add bows between each letter, or a few pink and red beads. I pack my “paper banners” in zipper bags and store them in a plastic tote for each season/holiday. Keep up the great ideas!
Thanks so much!
Do you have the “love so amazing” as a printable?
I love that!
Thanks for all the fun free ideas!
Yes, I linked to it above in the post! š Glad you like it!
